Delete Account & Data

We are sorry to see you go. You can permanently delete your account or specific patient data using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Via the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is directly through the Vela Health application.

Open the Vela Health app.
Navigate to Settings.
Scroll down to the Account Management section.
Choose an option:
- Tap Delete Account to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
- OR tap Delete Patient Data (labeled "Delete Profile") to remove health data for a patient without deleting your account.

Option 2: Support Request

If you cannot access the application, you may submit a request via email.

Note: Upon receiving your email, we will send a confirmation message to the email address associated with your account containing further instructions to verify your identity.
